I had a family home estate that was beyond repair. My family meme we had left the home filled to the top with trash and other things. Brenden and his team came, gave us a more than fair estimate, and then worked very hard throughout the entire process to ensure the home was entirely clean and odor free. Brenden would not allow the project to be complete until we were completely satisfied. Brenden returned his crew and equipment to help eliminate odors multiple times without additional charges and even removed old paneling from the walls to help us get the results we wanted. I would very highly recommend.

Brenden W. personally went (way) above and beyond to help me when I was going through a terrible mold damage issue. Over the Christmas-New Years holiday of 2021-22, my apartment was flooded from an upstairs leak. Negligent maintenance did not check my unit and the flood sat for weeks while I was away, turning from a simple flood into an uncontrolled mold problem. I initially reported the problem to my apartment complex but they were not only not helpful, they were combative, leading me to seek help on my own. Before PuroClean was recommended to me, I called ServPro who egregiously misdiagnosed the severity of the issue and refused to speak with me directly, opting instead to only communicate with property management who was reluctant to help in any way. After a few weeks of battling property management and ServPro, I lost my grandpa at the age of 99, compounding all the recent loss from the flood and mold, I was at my wits end. I was almost ready to throw in the towel when serendipitously in the same day two separate neighbors recommended PuroClean after having met Julia at two separate networking events. I reached out and was comforted by an immediate plan of action to salvage my precious belongings I feared I was losing forever. Julia and Brenden worked with me directly (including speaking to me directly and making eye contact with me(!) which might sound silly to note but after my encounter with ServPro I realized that is a level of professionalism and courtesy that not everyone offers). Brenden was assigned to my case and he was incredibly patient, knowledgeable, and kind. His reports and professional opinion helped me get my property management to understand the severity of the issue and to finally take action to help. When the cleaning began, Brenden and his team were on time, worked hard all day, and were all friendly, caring, and delicate with my (precious) belongings. The hurricane flooded a portion of my house which included my car. I have been “stuck” home and just had a baby the week before..so I called to ask if they could help remove the standing water from vehicle. Brendan was very honest explaining the costs might outway the benefits in my situation since I was also calling “after hours”. He did however offer to send some guys out to help me remove the water at no charge! Mike & John were fantastic. Not only did they vac out the water in my car, they did a scan of my room/bedroom that was flooded, for me to show my landlord and even offered to spray a treatment to help prevent the spread of mold & bacteria. This is above and beyond the call of duty and I will definitely be recommending this team to everyone!! Sincerest thanks from this mom ♡

We hired Puroclean of Bradenton right after Hurricane Ian damaged our property. Brenden was 100% in helping us, he promptly got us scheduled & clean up was very quick, soon after our 1st contact. He worked with me every step of the way and helped in more ways than I can list! What a great experience! We selected Puroclean after getting a few quotes to clean our upholstery and their price beat everyone! Puroclean texted us our technician’s ETA and a photo so we would know who to expect. Brendan, our tech, arrived right on time, in uniform, and was very friendly and professional. He got right to work, he put protective paper down to protect our wood floors and explained everything he was doing. I even thought that maybe our shower may be leaking between the walls and they had the equipment to check for mold (good news…it wasn’t!). PuroClean was recommended by my realtor after the mold remediation company I previously hired refused to finish the job.  I had a leak behind my fridge in the kitchen and the whole area, including the living room and the rest of my house, had been damaged and was left in a very poor condition.  Brenden was very responsive and eager to assist after I explained to him my terrible situation. He confirmed that the other company had overcharged my insurance for work that they did not do. He was so professional and very easy to talk to.  He inspected my house and explained what needed to be done: a completely new mold remediation work!  He made sure I hire another company to retest the mold and after they confirmed that mold was still present he and this team took care of the whole work, and very efficiently. When I visited my house it finally looked clean and smelled good. We were in contact almost every day and he made sure I received enough pictures. I felt in very good hands with Brenden and the PuroClean team, especially after what I had been through with the previous company.  I highly recommend him and PuroClean.  An honest, caring and very professional company!

This was a clean-up of my 36′ Sailboat after a lightning strike caused smoke damage from burned up wires. Wow! I had an unexpected storm surge on Ana Maria Island that caused flooding in a property Over the weekend. Monday morning I called to see if there was any availability as my other provider wasn’t available to get out until Wednesday. I was worried about mold, mildew, smell, and additional damage If I waited. After speaking to the wonderful gal who took my call She connected me with Brenden and he was able to get a team out in 30 minutes to evaluate and clean/remove the terrible smell out of my home!! They arrived promptly and checked for moisture in the walls and then set up their equipment. They showed us how to lower the fan if it was too loud. They returned when they said and gave us a fair price. Very professional team.
